Dr. Manoj Kumar is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon with dual fellowship training in head and neck surgery, oral oncology and reconstructive microvascular surgery. His expertise spans complex oncological procedures, reconstructive microsurgery and aesthetic facial surgery, so patients who need specialised maxillofacial treatment are cared for from start to finish.

He has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications in international and national journals of maxillofacial and head and neck surgery. He is the author of a textbook on facial aesthetic surgery and co-author of textbooks on basal implantology, ultrasonography in maxillofacial surgery and maxillofacial trauma, and he invented and patented the VLM Multipurpose Surgical Retractor for maxillofacial procedures.

Alongside his work at Oyster Dental Care, he is a consultant maxillofacial and head and neck oncology surgeon at hospitals in Chennai, and a facial plastic and hair transplant surgeon with leading aesthetic clinics in South India.
